yikes. All the chinese new year's goodies made me sick again. Bad sore throat again! I hate sore throats. Anyway, this year I got more red packets than usual! But the amount is still around the same because everyone is giving less =(
I also went to evelyn's house, mainly to see baby thaddeus. Not sure if I spelt his name correctly. He's evelyn's nephew, and only a few months old. So cute!!!!! Chubby and active. He has a temperament though. His expressions can change from sad and upset frowning face to a happy laughing expression in no time. Very cute still.

Evelyn's other nephew, caldras, is also very cute. He's some super genius who can add numbers up better and faster than some of the primary sch kids that I taught before. And caldras is only 4 yrs old this year. I heard that he was super upset that his kindergarten (now only nursery level) only taught the kids up to number TWO only! He already knew up to thousands.

School is getting busy! So many projects and biz law presentation coming up. Biz law is getting boring. Hate all the crap about contract law. How I wish we got to present tort law instead.

I realised that Venus Beauty, some neighbourhood beauty supply shop, sells lots of salon hair product at super reasonable prices. I just got this L'oreal Technique hair mask to try out. This hair mask is no usual mask, because you can't find it at drug stores. It's meant for professional use at hair salons only. Many salons use this mask when you ask for treatment after your dye job, because many salons use L'oreal dyes. It's a tad pricey for hair mask, but hey, when you go to a hair salon to pay $50 or more for hair treatment, they use the same thing too. This is a salon product. So if you like going for salon treatments, just go to Venus Beauty, or Beauty Language, and try to find the exact same hair treatment product your salon uses. You save lots of money! I think many salons uses keratase products. The shop carries that too. But of course it costs alot more. Monsoon salons uses their own monsoon brand treatments, and that shop sells the monsoon treatment mask for $26 only. So cheap la! And it's such a huge tub which can last you for months and months.

Last week, I went to the sheng siong near my house with my parents. My mum wanted to see the CNY flowers on sale and the CNY goodies as well. Many flowers are sold there, but the orchids are the nicest. I don't even like orchids, but they're the nicest flowers there already. the rest are just small and not eye catching.
