Went walking around with zac yesterday.. We had lunch at Ion's Itacho. It's this jap restaurant that serves pretty rare and premium sashimi, but they also have super affordabl offerings.
These are salmon in soy sauce. They're smoked, together with the skin. They're only 40cents a piece!!! I never never eat the skin of any fish, because it's where the fishy taste is the strongest. But for these, absolute yum. No fishy taste, and very smooth. If you put the whole thing in your mouth, you can barely taste which part is the meat, which is the skin.We also had teriyaki don, which I didn't take a picture of. The chicken serving was really generous. Thick fat slices of chicken, with negligible fats.
And then we wandered around town. Zac bought a business suit at G2000. It's quite retarded that he needs to wear a frickin business SUIT with a tie for LESSONS in school.
Then we wandered around until orchard central. The basement 2 seems to be a place out of the world! Looks like some Mediterranean place, with nobody of course!
